Fresh Start. (Non canon.)

It's been four weeks since ---------. The tower had been shut down, and all the workers were sent home. The lights were out in most of the building, and an eerie silence fell over everything. Trent sat in the penthouse living room, which was littered with bottles of a various sort, water bottles, to heavy scotch. Trent was unshaven, and sported a uneven, dirty beard. His eyes were blood shot from crying, and various other things. Everyone had died, and he survived. He should have died with them, or in their place. But he didn't, and now he was stuck here. His doctor had prescribed something to help with his 'Survivors guilt'. They now sat next to him on the couch, and he absently stared at the orange bottle. His dirty, and pale hand slowly crept over to it, where he then picked it up. He sniffled once, and a single tear fell down his cheek. His bloodshot eyes now watery. He opened the bottle, and down all of the contents, followed by a long drink of water. And then, soon after. He fell over. He had passed peacefully, and in his sleep. But he didn't pass. He fell into a coma. And in that dream, all of his teammates were still alive, only.. Different.

"Yo Trent wake up." Chris said tapping Trent on the shoulder or summin

Trent slowly opened his eyes, blinking a few times. He was now shaven, and changed and the room was cleaned up, he coughed lightly as he sat up, then everything hit him. His eyes grew large as he looked at Chris. "I'm dead, it actually worked." He said under his breath. But everything was different.... (chris was girl confirm)

"You look shaken up, you have a nightmare?" Jacob called from across the room.

Trent stood up, he couldn't quite place how everything was different, the tower seemed different, the people. Everything. Even he did. (HINt hint explain wots different) He turned to Jacob, and nearly cried when he saw his best friend, alive before him.

"Whoa whoa whoa, what's the deal?" Jacob asked as he pointed his finger at a piece of bread he was holding and zapped it with a small electricity blast, trying to make toast.

Trent nearly stumbled over backwards, but his hand went behind him, and bent the floor, so that it pushed him back up. He had Jennys powers. How? He looked around frantically, Chris was wearing Jacob's symbiote suit, Jenny had on Trent's bracelet. What the hell was going on. "That's it. I'm officially dead."

Chris was male but has glowing white hair cus black guy with white hair is unrealistic and something must've been wrong

The secretary rang up the penthouse alerting them of a man in the lobby wanting to speak to Trent and Jacob.

Trent turned to Jacob, a confused look on his face. "What's that for?" Even the secretary was different here. What the hell happened to Megan. (drunk)

"I dunno, let's go check it out." Jacob replied as he walked down into the lobby.

The man waiting in the lobby was fairly lanky and tall, wearing a green hoodie and jeans, and was currently shouting at the secretary. "How could you work for such monsters? Do you even know what they've done? How many families they've put on the streets!" He rattled on to the secretary, who was clearly not paying him any mind.

Chris joined them because why not

Trent rose an eyebrow at the man. "Uh, sir. are you sure you have the right place? We help get people off of the streets, not put them on them. I'm sure there's a misunderstanding.." He said, putting his hand on the guys shoulder.

He slapped Trent's hand off his shoulder. "Get off me, you asshole!" His eyes were completely green, the same color as his hoodie. "Don't you dare talk to me like you don't know what you've done! Like you're some high and mighty god." He was nearly screeching at this point, and the walls were starting to shake slightly with his escalating rage.

"I said calm down." Trent said, his eyes turning a darker shade of blue, and all of a sudden the guys feet were molded into the ground, but Trent didn't have control over it, he couldn't control these new powers.

He let out a blood curdling screech as the walls imploded inward in an avalanche of rubble and vines. "You can't get away with all the murders you've let happen, the people you've let die! I won't let you!" The vines struck each of the people in the room, confining them to a green prison. Now you couldn't see the ceiling or outside where any of the walls had been, it was only greenery. Also the secretary's probably dead. Again.

Trent attempted to break free of the vines with strength, then the powers kicked in and the vines dissolved away. He grabbed the man by the neck and held him a few inchs off the ground. "Trying to come into my tower, and lie that we're killing people? The only person who's going to die is someone who attempts to mess with us. And it looks like you fit the picture." He said through grit teeth.

"Are you blind, bucko? Take a look outside and tell me what you're doing is right." While he was talking more vines shot out of the massive wall and took hold of Trent's arms. "I'm going to destroy everything you have just like you did to me!" The sound of more of the tower being turned to rubble could be heard above them. Along with all of the people in the upper floors. "It's all your fault," he spat at Trent, literally. "And his fault!" He jutted a finger towards Jacob. "And everyone of you so called Avengers!"

Without hesitation Trent focused his power on his arm, putting muscle into it using the reality bending, and with a simple snap, he had cracked the guys neck, who now went limp in his hand. Trent never moved, his eyes still full of anger and violence.

This wasn't him, what the hell was this world, and these powers doing to him?

"What was that for?" Jacob asked, exiting out of the hole Trent made in the vine trap.

The vines began to wilt and decay, leaving behind only the two of them, the rubble, and probably the bodies of everyone else. Through the dying vines a city that looked less than livable could be seen. It was almost like no one even lived there at all. Windows were boarded up and no one was in sight. Except for a girl that looked much like the man from before, but younger and was wearing a red hoodie much too big for her. She was running at them, tripping over vines and leaving a blazing trail in her wake. Literally blazing, it was catching fire and moving right towards them. As the girl got closer, tears could be seen streaking down her cheeks.

"What the hell is going on..." Trent said, snapping out of it, he noticed the dead guy in his hand and dropped him, jumping back. He looked outside, the once thriving metropolis he called home was nothing more than slums.

"Daddy!" The girl sobbed, coming to a stop near them and kneeling down by the dead man's body. "He- he said that if he died I should end it all." She said before surrounding the group in flames, the vines serving as kindling. "He said that you p-people killed mama, and now you killed him."

Chris just looked at the girl really confused, "What thy...."
