Jacob vs. Jenny - The Long Awaited Fight

The sounds of police sirens echoed through the city streets below Jacob, who was sitting cross-legged on the edge of the Stark Tower rooftop. The wind softly blew as he looked out over the city skyline on this sunny day.

"Yo," Jenny said, walking up behind Jacob. Sitting next to him on the roof and continuing,"You know what needs to happen? A fight. Us. Mano e mano. Cause why not?" She shrugged.

Jacob tilted his head and looked at Jenny. "Hm? Kinda sudden there." He seemed confused.

"Oh please. You're always just, sitting up here. I mean what the hell do you even do up here? Sing show tunes?" Jenny replied. "C'mon, one time I get to kick your ass and not get yelled at for 'friendly fire'."

Jacob gave a slight smirk as he slowly lifted himself up to his feet. "Why not?" He slipped off his jacket and tossed it behind him onto the roof, underneath the jacket was a light blue t-shirt tucked into his Toxin belt. "Judging by your tone of voice, I'm guessing you don't want this to be a match where I go easy on you, huh?"

"I might legitimately kill you if you back off." Jenny hopped up from the side of the roof, and rolled the sleeves up on her shirt.

"Wanna take it inside, you might get tossed off the side of the building." Jacob cracked his knuckles and bent into a fighting position.

"It's not that far of a fall." Jenny crouched on the balls of her feet. "Ladies first." She beckoned with her left hand.

Jacob chuckled. "Last time someone said that to me, they ended up dead under a bridge." He slowly inched to the side and circled around Jenny.

She followed his circle out of the corner of her eye. "Some street bum you found? Beating up hobos again I see." Jenny punctuated the end of her sentence with a lunge, aiming a jab at his stomach with her fist.

Jacob rapidly lifted his knee and her punch landed directly on his kneecap. He softly pushed her shoulder, moving her back. "Gotta be less predictable than that." He threw a punch aimed at her chest.

Jenny huffed at the comment, catching the fist and moving it's momentum off to the side. She simultaneously kicked up with her opposite foot, aiming for his jaw.

Jacob dodged to the side missing her foot, he hit the ground and kicked Jenny's other leg out from under her.

Jenny let herself fall backwards, catching herself with both arms, and pushed herself back up, aiming another kick powered by the fall.

Jacob spun around on the ground, dodging Jenny's kick. He pushed off from the ground and aimed a powerful kick towards her jaw to counter her attack.

Jenny limbo dodged under the kick. "This fight is going nowhere, step it up a notch, would ya'?" Mid-sentence she kicked herself forwards, aiming to catch him in the stomach with an elbow.

The elbow made contact and Jacob did his best to not flinch. He twisted in the air and threw a kick into Jenny's side, steadily rolling into a kneeling position after the attack.

Jenny didn't have time to move out of the way of the kick, catching the full brunt of it in the side. She wheezed out a breath of air, but remained on her feet, and grinned.

"What are you smiling about?" Jacob remained on one knee as he held his fists in front of him.

"I dunno, it was a good kick I guess." She dropped the grin. "But you're going easy on me." Jenny unsheathed a knife from the side of her boot. "You've got armor though, right?" she said, slashing forwards and up with the knife.

Jacob lifted his chin and leaned back, the knife sliced a clean cut through the front of his T-Shirt, barely missing the skin. He rolled back and jumped to his feet. "Nope, no armor at the moment." He did a karate pose to show off. "And I could say the same to you going easy." He gave a confident smile and signaled for her to attack.

Jenny lunged forwards again, this time with a flurry of jabs with the knife, she was visually agitated by the stupid looking karate pose.

Jacob dodged most of the stabs, a few cut his shirt and one actually cut through the skin. He slapped Jenny's hand and the knife popped out of it. He quickly kicked Jenny in the shin and grabbed the knife mid-air, holding it in his hand.

Jenny sighed, looking at the knife in his hand. She backed up a few paces before sprinting forwards again, it appeared she was aiming up punch but she grabbed the hand the knife was in and full on tackled Jacob over the side of the roof. Currently the two were sliding down the windows. "Eat shit, loser," Jenny yelled at him, air whoosing by.

"You're gonna dirty the glass with that attitude you have missy." Jacob retorted, he lifted his hand up and placed it on Jenny's face, pushing her off of him, the two tumbled onto the launch pad below, which led into the penthouse. Jacob rolled and got up into a fighting position.
